Cowork Managed · Operated by Medroid

Delegate the workflow. Keep the visibility.

You do not have to operate every new tool yourself. With Cowork Managed, Medroid's delivery team runs agreed practice workflows, supervised by our doctors, with clear responsibilities and a defined handoff back to your practice.

US managed service. State availability, professional coverage, and responsibilities are confirmed during onboarding.

01 / The work in focus

A managed service, not another seat to manage.

The difference is who runs the work. With Cowork, your team operates and supervises the workflow. With Cowork Managed, Medroid provides the operational service and physician supervision within the scope we agree with you.

02 / The work in focus

Start with a specific workload.

Bring a results-review backlog, a referral-coordination process, or an approved patient follow-up workflow. We assess the task, required access, clinical responsibilities, and practical boundaries before proposing a service.

Start with a defined workload and expand when the service is working for your practice. Your proposal makes the supported workflows, professional coverage, and delivery expectations explicit.

03 / The work in focus

Our doctors supervise. Responsibilities stay explicit.

The service agreement defines what Medroid's doctors review, which actions they can approve, and what must return to your treating clinicians. It also specifies escalation routes and the limits of the service.

Supervision is not a blanket transfer of clinical responsibility. Any clinical activity depends on the appropriate professional authorization and the agreed arrangement.

04 / The work in focus

Know what completed means.

A finished draft, a successfully transmitted message, a patient response, and a completed follow-up are different outcomes. We define the service's completion criteria with your practice so that reporting reflects what actually happened.

05 / The work in focus

A focused way to get started.

  1. Choose the work. Define one workflow and a representative workload.
  2. Agree the boundaries. Confirm systems, permitted actions, supervision, service hours, and escalation.
  3. Review the pilot. Assess completed work, exceptions, clinician review time, and total delivery cost.
  4. Expand deliberately. Add volume or workflows only after the first scope works for your practice.

What your proposal should make clear

The covered workload. The supervising team. The client approvals. The service window. The completion evidence. The price and exclusions. The handoff when something cannot be completed.

Questions about the managed service

Talk through your questions

Do we still need to review everything? The answer depends on the service scope. The proposal identifies what Medroid's doctors supervise and approve, and what still needs a decision from your practice.

Is this a replacement for our clinical team? No. It is a defined operational and supervised workflow service, not unlimited clinical coverage or an emergency service.

Is it available in every state? Cowork Managed is live in the US. We confirm state availability, professional coverage, and the agreed scope during onboarding; nationwide coverage is not assumed.

How is it priced? By agreed scope, volume, supervision requirements, and service expectations. Request a proposal for your actual workload.

Give us the task. We'll define the service.
