02 The products

Four products, one connected layer.

AskMedroid

Ask in plain language. Get an answer with the sources.

Type or speak a clinical question the way you’d ask a colleague. AskMedroid returns a structured, readable answer grounded in current literature and clinical guidelines, with inline citations you can open and verify. Nothing is a black box — you see the sources, and you stay the decision-maker. AskMedroid is the front door to the rest of the platform: the answer you find can flow straight into the note you write next.

What you get

  • Cited answers
  • Guideline & literature search
  • Region-relevant guidance
  • Answer-to-action (hand off to Copilot)
Medroid Copilot

Your AI clinical copilot, on top of the EHR you already use.

Copilot runs as a Chrome extension and a desktop app, layered over your existing browser-based EHR — no integration project, no vendor approval, no migration. During the consult it surfaces context-aware prompts (a relevant guideline reference, a documentation reminder) you can act on or dismiss. After it, it helps draft encounter notes, referral letters, follow-up tasks and care-plan content for your review. Ambient documentation (Scribe) is built in as a capability — so looking it up, deciding, and writing it down happen in one flow.

Where it runs

  • Chrome extension + desktop app
  • Works across Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks & more
  • Assistive, never autonomous — you approve every output
Medroid Scribe

Notes drafted from the visit. You review and sign.

Scribe listens to the consultation — in person, by video or by phone — and drafts structured, edit-ready clinical notes and letters for you to review, edit and sign. It runs as a Chrome extension and desktop app on top of any browser-based EHR, so the draft lands where you already document. Audio handling and data are covered by our security posture.

  • EHR-agnostic
  • In person, by video or by phone
AI-native EHR & Practice Management

A cloud EHR built around evidence — for clinics and healthcare teams.

When you want more than an overlay, Medroid’s AI-native EHR is a cloud-based web app that runs your practice: records, scheduling, telehealth, lab orders and results, e-prescribing and billing — with AskMedroid evidence search and Scribe documentation built in. Or keep your current EHR and use Medroid purely as the layer on top. Your choice.

Where it runs

  • Cloud-based web app (no install)
  • Solo clinicians, group practices & enterprise/health systems
