Medroid Cowork / Recalls

Turn the recall list into a working process.

Your practice sets the criteria. Cowork helps organize the approved work, prepare outreach, and keep the next step visible.

01 / The work in focus

Start with a list your practice trusts.

Define the purpose, eligibility rules, exclusions, and source of the list. The practice, not an unsupervised AI prompt, decides which patients should be invited and why.

02 / The work in focus

Check before you contact.

Review duplicates, incomplete contact details, existing appointments, and recorded preferences. A patient who already completed the relevant visit should not keep receiving the same recall because a list was never updated.

03 / The work in focus

Make outreach easy to act on.

Use an approved message with a clear next step. Keep detailed clinical information out of channels not approved for that purpose. Confirm the supported route for responses and scheduling.

04 / The work in focus

Track the result, not just the send count.

Separate contacted, replied, scheduled, declined, and unresolved cases. Your practice defines which outcomes satisfy the recall task and which need a person to follow up.

05 / The work in focus

Choose a manageable first list.

Start with one recall purpose and a representative sample. Review exclusions and exception handling before increasing volume. Compare time spent managing the entire process, not just drafting messages.

Useful questions

Talk through your questions

Does AI decide the clinical interval? No. The appropriately authorized practice team defines the recall criteria and clinical timing.

Is this only for medical practices? Recall workflows may also be relevant to dental and other independent practices. System fit and scope need to be confirmed for each setting.

Is recall the same as a reminder? No. A reminder usually relates to an existing appointment. A recall invites a next step based on practice-defined criteria.
